Doug’s making me an amazing Italian dinner; baked ziti and homemade meatballs. The house smells divine. I’m sipping a glass of Merlot and studying the heart, oxygenation and how to plan, implement and evaluate care of the patient for my second test this week. The test that will meet me promptly, at 7 am in the morning.
I will enjoy every last second of this comfort meal. I’m grateful tonight for a loving and supportive husband who is taking such great care of me, when I need it most.
