Tea Time

tea time

About every 4-6 weeks I get together with these beautiful ladies for afternoon tea. Today we met and had a lovely time together talking nonstop and savoring Emily Anne’s chicken salad and chocolate chip scones.

After the ladies left the girls and I headed to International Plaza for dinner and some fun. Sara had been looking forward to girls night all week and had it penciled in on her calendar. We ate dinner, played in the play area and visited the Hello Kitty Store. Even though there was a meltdown near the end it was still a fun time being together, doing our girl thing.

Once we got home and settled, my girlfriend Erin B. returned with a delicious prosciutto and arugula brick oven pizza (thank you Pan y Vino), La Crema wine and a movie. We spent most of the night talking and missed most of the movie. It was exactly what I needed, especially since Doug is away.

Thanks friends for a great day!
