Strawberry Recipes

Got Strawberries? Let me guess, you’ve already made strawberry shortcake, you throw them on your cereal every morning, and you eat them as a side dish for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Are you running out of ideas? Here’s what I did with the TON of strawberries I had in our fridge.

1) Strawberry Jam

Mine actually turned out to be a sauce rather than jam. So, if you end up with sauce like I did, you can still use it over waffles, pancakes, or shortcake.

But, if you really want jam try this one. Jam. I didn’t use this recipe and I wish I would have. Oh well. Let me know what you think if you try it. The recipe I used did not include the most important ingredient pectin, so that is why I got strawberry sauce instead.
